monastery complex located in the town of Pavia, Lombardy, Italy. It was built
in the late 14th century and is renowned for its ornate architecture and
artwork, including frescoes and sculptures by some of the most prominent
artists of the time. The Certosa di Pavia is considered a masterpiece of
Italian Renaissance architecture and is a popular tourist attraction.
